TLC Chat is owned and managed as a cooperative. Each staff member is an owner. The investment each owner donates to TLC Chat is time. We do not ask for money, nor do we demand a set schedule. Your ownership in TLC is based on the time and effort you put into it. We want to grow, and we need honest, caring friends to join our team and make that happen. If you feel you can give of your time and of yourself in pursuance of a safe, friendly, caring site, please feel free to apply to staff. All serious inquiries considered.
